Mars Cheesecake Recipe by of 16-07-2012 [Updated on 22-06-2016]

Hello everyone, this morning I post the recipe for Mars Cheesecake, a cold Cheesecake of extreme pleasure, one of those desserts that, once tasted, are hardly forgotten and to which an encore is not refused and to hell with the costume test. For the Mars Cheesecake recipe I took a cue from the dolciagogo blog and copied the recipe to prepare the mars icing, fantastic! Today I had to start with something special since I have been a fugitive from the blog since Thursday, it seems incredible not to have found a moment to post the new recipes I had made, yet it was just like that: / after a weekend of complete relaxation between spas and shopping this week I'm charged up again to dedicate myself a bit to the blog and share all my little experiments with you. Now I leave you and run away to work, I wish you a sweet start to the week, kisses

How to make mars cheesecake

Chop the biscuits in a mixer, pour them into a bowl with the melted butter and mix. Then pour the mixture into a springform pan and compact everything with a spoon to form a base. Put in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, whip the cold cream from the fridge and keep it aside and put the isinglass in a small bowl with cold water to soften.

Now prepare the cream cheese Pour the Greek yogurt, philadelphia and icing sugar into a bowl.

Mix everything well then squeeze the isinglass, dissolve it in 2 tablespoons of milk and pour it over the cheese cream, stirring again with the mixer.

Add the whipped cream previously and gently incorporate it with a wooden spoon.

Pour half of the cream over the biscuit base and level as much as possible.
Break up the mars and place them on the filling.

Pour a drizzle of honey and cover with the remaining filling. Put the mars cheese cake in the fridge.

Now prepare the glaze.
Melt a Mars in a saucepan with the brown sugar, butter, milk and honey.

Once you have a smooth cream, turn off the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Now take the cheesecake from the fridge and pour the glaze over the entire surface.

Cover with chopped hazelnuts and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.

Now remove the mars cheesecake from the mold and bring it to the table on a serving plate.

Cut into slices and serve.
