Bocconcini peas and mushrooms

This recipe is a kind of quick stew. I use the side dish mushrooms and peas in a pan also to flavor the classic hamburgers a little, but this time I had the pork morsels ... 30 minutes and the dish is ready :)


How to make Bocconcini with peas and mushrooms

Brown a clove of garlic then lift it and add the peas and mushrooms (I used a bag of mixed mushrooms).

Brown them in the wok for about ten minutes, then add salt and pepper and add 1 glass of water and cook for about 15 minutes.

In a pan, brown the pork bites. As soon as they are ready, add them to the wok with peas and mushrooms

Let it all season for about ten minutes.

Serve the pork bites, mushrooms and peas on the plates.
