Banana puff

Moms, grandparents, I recommend this very good foam for children and not only, I think I've told you before, I now do rehearsals with recipes for children, maybe who knows in the summer I have next to me, for a while time is true, my little grandchildren and I want to pamper them as only I know how to do !!

  • 350 ml milk
  • 350 g well ripened bananas
  • 50 ml maple syrup or bee honey for those who do not have
  • 5 eggs
  • 70 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 6 teaspoons coconut

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Banana Puff:

Pour the milk into a saucepan with the maple syrup and vanilla pods cut into lengths and when it starts to boil, put the bowl aside and remove the pods; melt 50g butter in a saucepan, add flour mixed with starch and when it starts to color, add the milk a little, stirring with a whisk so that it does not remain lumpy, then let it cool very well;

We make a banana puree, mix it with the yolks and the milk cream and at the end the beaten egg whites foam hard.

Grease 6 forms of soufflé with butter, divide the composition and leave in the oven for 30 minutes without opening the door and after they are done, serve them with a teaspoon of coconut placed on top.
